Yes, all products sold by Drip Drops are guaranteed authentic and new and are delivered in the original packaging (unless mentioned otherwise).
Prior to shipping out, our team of educated and experienced sneakerheads carefully inspect the product for authenticity. Once authentication is passed, only then is the product advertised online.
Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5. The time it takes to arrive at your doorstep depends on your location.
As we are based in Europe, normally your order will arrive in 7-12 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Orders within Belgium take between 2-6 business days. International shipments outside of Europe may take longer.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order number and summary. When the order is shipped, another email will be sent out with a tracking number in which you can use to follow your order.
If you have not yet received an email with a tracking number, it is because your package has not been shipped yet. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information.
